• How much does a pay monthly website cost?

  Essential is £39 a month, Business is £69 and Premium is £89. There is no setup fee, so your first monthly payment is all you pay upfront. You can add an online store to Premium for a one-off £299.

• How much should I pay a month for a website?

Lower prices often cover a single page or a basic template, while higher plans include a custom design, more pages and ongoing updates. Ours run from £39 to £89 a month and include hosting, security, business email, support and updates, so you know what you are getting.

• What is included in the monthly price?

  Every plan includes your custom design, domain, hosting with an SSL certificate, business email, daily backups, malware protection, Google Analytics and Search Console set-up, and UK-based support. Each plan then adds things like more pages, location landing pages, written content and unlimited updates. The table above shows exactly what comes with each one.

  Essential suits start-ups and sole traders who need a professional website up and running. Business is our most popular plan and adds location landing pages, written content, Google reviews on your site and unlimited updates, so it suits businesses that want more local customers. Premium gives you the most pages, Rank Math Pro with a score of 90+ on every page, a blog post written for you each month and the option of an online store.

• Can I change plan later?

  Yes. You can move up a plan at any time, and once your first 12 months are complete you can move to a different plan if your needs change.

• How long is the contract?

  Plans start with 12 months. After that they continue on a flexible 1-month rolling term at the same monthly price, with no new contract, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

• Will I own my website?

  Yes. You own the rights to your website, including its design, content and files, and because it is built on WordPress, it is not tied to us. Your plan starts with 12 months and then continues on a 1-month rolling term at the same price, with no new contract. If you ever decide to leave, just ask and we will transfer your website to you or your new provider.

• How long does it take to build my website?

  Most websites launch in under 2 weeks. Timing depends on the size of your website and how quickly we receive your content and feedback. You will see a preview and can request changes before it goes live.

• Can I get changes made after launch?

  Yes. Essential includes one small update a month, and Business and Premium include unlimited updates, subject to our fair usage policy. Send us new text, photos or prices and we make the change. On Business and Premium you can also publish your own blog posts, and on Premium you can create your own pages.

• Can I sell products on my website?

  Yes. Add an online store to a Premium plan for a one-off £299. It includes products, a basket, checkout and stock control, and your customers can pay by card, PayPal or Klarna.

• Will my website help me get found on Google?

  Every website is built with Google in mind. We set up Rank Math, Google Analytics and Search Console, with proper titles, descriptions and schema on each page. Business adds 5 location landing pages and Premium adds 15, for the towns and areas you cover. Premium also uses Rank Math Pro and optimises every page to a score of 90 or more. We add FAQs and structured data too, so AI search tools can find details like your location, opening hours and contact information.

• Do you write the content for my website?

  On Business and Premium, we write the words for your pages. On Essential, send us your text and photos and we lay them out for you. Premium also includes a blog post written for you every month.
