Before you get started
- How much work will I need to do?
Tell us about your business, the services you offer and the customers you want to reach. Share any existing wording, photos and branding you’d like us to use. We handle the page design and content writing, with your input.
You’ll need to check the business details and give us feedback on the preview before launch. You don’t need to design or build the pages yourself.
- How long will it take to get my website live?
Timing depends on the size of your website, any extra features and how quickly we receive the information and feedback we need. If you have a deadline, tell us when you enquire so we can discuss a realistic timescale for your project.

- I already have a website, domain and email. What happens to those?
Tell us what you currently use when you enquire, including your web address and email provider. The right approach depends on your existing setup, so we can discuss what needs replacing, connecting or transferring before you make changes.
You can keep your domain with your current registrar if you prefer. Don’t cancel existing hosting or email until the arrangements for your new website are confirmed.
- Can I move my website to another provider later?
We build on WordPress. After the 12-month minimum term, you can request a handover once all outstanding fees are paid, with at least 30 days’ written notice.
Where technically feasible, we provide the website files and database. Your new provider handles the move, and some third-party licences may need replacing. See our handover terms for the details.
