How it works
Three simple steps from your first call to a website you can share.
Tell us about your business and what you need. We’ll recommend the right plan and answer your questions, with no obligation.
Send us your details, photos and any wording you have. We custom design your website, by a real person in the UK and not AI, and send you a preview. Most sites are live in under 2 weeks.
Once you’re happy, we launch it. We then handle the hosting, security, backups and updates, with UK-based support for any changes.

Typical service models; providers vary. Your Ubie website is yours once the first 12 months are paid. It’s built on WordPress, and we’ll move it to you if you leave after that. Third-party licence and handover terms apply.
Before you get started
- Who will I deal with?
You deal directly with Ben, who designs and looks after your website. There are no call centres or chatbots, and UK-based support is available by ticket, email or phone.
- Where are you based?
Ubie Ltd is a UK company registered in England and Wales, with a registered office in London. We work with small businesses across the UK by phone and online, so you don’t need to be nearby. We have local pages for London, Croydon, Enfield, Colchester, Leeds and Nottingham.
- Do I own my website, and can I move it later?
Yes. Once your first 12 months are paid, the website is yours, and because we build on WordPress, it isn’t tied to us. After 12 months, your plan carries on month to month at the same price, with no new contract. If you leave after that, we’ll move your website to you or your new provider.
