- How much does a website cost for a small business in Leeds?

- Do I have to pay anything upfront?

- Will you come and meet me in Leeds?

- Can I change the words and photos myself after it’s live?
You can, but you do not have to. Send us the change and we make it. Essential includes one small update a month, and Business and Premium include unlimited updates within fair use. On Premium you can also publish your own pages.
- Can you move my existing website over?
Yes. If you have a site on Wix, GoDaddy, Squarespace or an old WordPress build, we redesign it on our hosting and set up redirects so you keep the Google rankings you already have.
- What does the £39 a month include?
A 5-page website designed for you by Ben, your domain, UK hosting, an SSL certificate, a business mailbox, daily backups, malware protection, Google Analytics and Search Console, and one small update a month. There is nothing else to pay to get a working website.
- Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No. There is no setup fee and no charge for hosting, email, SSL or security. The only extras are things you choose to add, such as an online store on Premium for a one-off £299.
- Do I own my website?
Yes, once your first 12 months are paid. It is built on WordPress, so it is not tied to our platform. If you ever leave, we move it to you or your new provider.
- What happens after 12 months?
Your plan carries on month to month at the same price, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Nothing changes unless you want it to.
- Do I have to write my own content?
On Essential, yes. You send us the words and photos and we lay them out. On Business and Premium we write every page for you after a short chat about your business.
- Can I change plan later?
Yes. Start on Essential and move up to Business or Premium whenever you need more pages, location pages or written content. You can change plan at any time.
- Can I sell online?
Yes, on the Premium plan. The online store is a one-off £299, set up with your products and payments, and you can add it later if you are not ready to sell online yet.
