What happens after the first 12 months?
After the first 12 months, websites auto-renew a 1-month rolling plan. Our plans include the following: Web hosting, Web address, Website backups, Security certificate, Ongoing technical support.

With a traditional web design agency, there can be hidden fees. These fees include web hosting, backups, web address, and updates. We specialise in being straight-talking and transparent. One monthly payment for your website to be developed, maintained, secured and updated.
Do I own my website?
After your first 12 payments, the ownership of the website will become yours. After that, the plan will continue. We believe our plans are fantastic value for money. If you have any concerns or questions, please get in touch with us . If you would rather not auto-renewal, you can request this any time during the first 12 months and with one month's notice after.
Are there any upfront costs?
We ask for two monthly payments upfront as a deposit for your website's development. However, due to the deposit payment, the reason is the time and attention we give each website during the build.

What are 'pages added for you'?
Pages added for you are the number of pages Ubie will create. Additionally, Premium and Online Store plans come with copywriting. Therefore, copyrighting is limited to the number of pages 'added for you'.
Can I self-add pages to my website?
Premium and online store plans come with the possibility to add self-added pages. You can add self-added pages through your website dashboard. It is easy to make pages with Visual Composer Premium. We include VC premium for all active Ubie subscriptions.

Premium and Online Store plans can add self-added pages. Therefore, you can create self-added pages through your website dashboard. In addition, we include visual composer premium. VC premium allows you to create and edit pages using drag-and-drop.
What is a web address or domain name?
A web address (domain name) is the address of your website that a user types into an internet browser URL to visit. We provide one free web address with every plan. Our plans include either a .com or .co.uk web address. Secondary or a different extension web address may incur an extra fee. Contact us to learn more.
How do the email addresses work?
Ubie website plans come with a defined number of email addresses. Each email mailbox has a storage limit of 2GB, which is upgradable to 12GB for an extra £6.50 per month/mailbox. Alternativity, you can use your email system, such as Google Business Apps or Office 365/Exchange.
What is web hosting?
Web hosting is a service that allows you to publish your website online. Usually, this is charged extra on top of your website development fee. We include web hosting with our small business website plans.
Do you keep my website secure?
As part of your monthly fee, we provide your website with an SSL certificate. An SSL certificate will ensure your site shows as 'secure' on internet browsers. We also ensure your website stays secure. For example, we will scan your website files for security loopholes. In addition, we provide plugin updates for WordPress plugins that can be auto-updated. We take full backups of our websites every evening. So, in the case of a rare worst-case scenario, we have you covered.
