- Can clients book sessions through the website?
Yes. We add a booking link to every page, connected to the booking system you already use, such as Calendly, Acuity or your gym software. If you do not use one yet, an enquiry form sends the request straight to your inbox and you confirm the time.
- Can I show prices and packages?
Yes. A clear services page with prices, packages and what is included helps people decide before they get in touch, and saves you answering the same questions. If you prefer to quote individually, we can show “from” prices or leave prices off.
- Can I show client results and transformations?
Yes. Before-and-after photos, client stories and testimonials can go on the home page and service pages, and on Business and Premium plans your Google reviews show on your website and update automatically. We only use photos you have permission to publish.
- Does this work for clinics, therapists and other health businesses?
Yes. We have built websites for a home-visit foot care clinic and an event medical cover company as well as a personal training studio. For clinics we add pages for each treatment, practitioner profiles with qualifications, and clear information on how to book.
- Can my website link to my Instagram and social media?
Yes. Social links go in the header and footer, and we can embed your latest Instagram posts on the home page. Many of our fitness clients get most of their traffic from Instagram, so the website is built to turn those visitors into bookings.
- How long does it take to build the website?
Most websites are live in under two weeks. We need your logo, some photos and notes about your services and prices. On Business and Premium plans we write the pages for you. You approve a preview before anything goes live.
- Do I own the website, and what happens after 12 months?
Yes. Once the first 12 months are paid, the website is yours, and your plan carries on month to month at the same price with no new contract. If you leave after that, we move the website to you or your new provider.
