You deal directly with the people who design and look after your website. There are no call centres or chatbots, and UK-based support is available by ticket, email or phone.
Ubie Ltd is a UK company registered in England and Wales, with a registered office in London. We work with small businesses across the UK by phone and online, so you don’t need to be nearby.
Yes. You own the rights to your website, and because we build on WordPress, it isn’t tied to us. Your plan starts with 12 months and then continues on a simple 1-month rolling term at the same monthly price, with no new contract. If you ever decide to leave, just ask and we’ll transfer your website to you or your new provider.
Your new provider handles the move, and some third-party licences may need replacing. See our handover terms for the details.
