No, there are no setup fees or upfront design costs with our website plans. To get started, you only need to pay your first monthly website payment, which is charged upfront each month.
Is there a contract?
Yes, our website plans come with a minimum 12-month contract. After the first 12 months, your plan moves to a 1-month rolling agreement, with just 1 month’s notice required to cancel.
Do I own the website?
Yes, once your initial 12-month contract is complete, you own the website. After this period, you can request copies of your website files and database if you would like to move them elsewhere.
Can I make changes to my website?
Yes, you can make changes to your website. We include access to the premium version of the Bricks website editor, which gives you a flexible and easy way to update your content.
Can you redesign my current website?
Yes, we can redesign your existing website without affecting your current live site. We usually build the new version on a temporary web address, so your current website stays online while the new one is being created.
How long does a website take to build?
Most websites take around 2 to 3 weeks to complete. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know before you sign up so we can check our availability.
What happens after the first 12 months?
After the first 12 months, your plan automatically moves onto a 1-month rolling agreement, with 1 month’s notice required to cancel. You can also request a website refresh at any time after the first 12 months, although this would start a new contract.
